Inyati Game Lodge is uniquely situated on the banks of the Sand River in Sabi Sand Game Reserve. Sharing an unfenced border with the world-renowned Kruger National Park, animals move freely between the reserves, affording guests with unforgettable game viewing opportunities. Known as a prime location for encountering the elusive leopard, the lodge offers an intimate wildlife experience. The main veranda area has been extended to capitalize on the views of the Sand River and its rich game viewing opportunities. The dining area has been enlarged to enhance the guest experience, and the traditional open-air boma has been completely rebuilt to create a warm and inviting space for guests to enjoy starlit dinners. The lodge facilities include a lounge, bar, curio shop, gym, swimming pool, satellite television, complimentary Wi-Fi, conference venue, and a large viewing deck that overlooks the river. The reserve is home to approximately 145 mammal species, including elephant, black and white rhino, lion, leopard, cheetah, wild dog, hyena, hippopotamus, giraffe, zebra, buffalo, warthog, and various antelope species. Activities at the lodge include early morning and late afternoon open-vehicle game drives led by professional guides, guided bush walks that explore the flora, fauna, and smaller wonders of the African bush, and fishing in the Sand River.
