In fact 30% of the country is protected wilderness, making Zambia home to over 22,000 elephants, healthy big cat and predator populations, African painted dogs, high density plains game and a plethora of antelope to name a few. Zambia is also one of only seven African countries to host over 1,000 lions.

Description

Explore pristine and untouched wilderness in one of Africa’s most remote safari destinations. Anabezi sits on the banks of the Zambezi River in a secluded corner in the eastern area of Lower Zambezi National Park. Far from the majority of other camps,  Anabezi is surrounded by the iconic Winterthorn forest, renowned by safari experts, professional photographers, and documentary film crews.

Rates include: Transfers from/ to Jeki/Kulefu airstrips, accommodation, meals, beverages (non-premium brand beverages), activities, 1 fishing permit & laundry. Activities: Game drives, walking safaris, boat cruise, fishing, canoeing & birding. Children: may participate in activities with the consent of their parents and the Head Guide. Children ages 6-11 are accepted in groups of 8 and above and pay child rates, 12+ pay adult rates. Rates Exclude: Domestic flights, premium spirits, purchases and gratuity, fishing permits $30 pppd. Park Fees and Conservation levy USD100 pppn. Private guide & vehicle hire for $500 per day. Tour Leader Rates: $400 nett ppn excluding park fees.
