A Versatile Layout The property consists of two distinct areas, making it ideal for multi-generational families or two groups traveling together: The Main House: Features four spacious en-suite bedrooms, a large modern kitchen, and an open-plan living area. The Private Flat: Features two en-suite bedrooms, its own fully equipped kitchen, and a separate lounge. This setup means you can enjoy morning coffee in your own space before meeting up on the large decks for the day’s adventures. Views and Outdoor Living The scenery here is truly special. You have two large open decks that offer unrestricted views over the lagoon and the breakers at Gericke’s Point. For lunch or dinner, head to the sheltered outdoor braai area. It is under-roof to protect you from the coastal breeze, and we provide both a traditional wood-fired braai and a portable gas Weber to suit your cooking style. Private En-suite Comfort Every single bedroom in this house is an en-suite sanctuary. No one has to share a bathroom, which makes for a much more relaxing holiday. Master & Guest Suites: There are four King-size beds across the property for ultimate comfort. Additional Rooms: One room with a Double bed and one Twin room with two Singles, perfect for kids or friends. Extra Sleeping: The bottom story also includes two fold-out couches for extra little ones. Modern Essentials We want your stay to be as easy as possible. The home includes: Two Kitchens: Both are modern and fully equipped, including a dishwasher and water purifier in the main house. Connectivity: Uncapped fiber Wi-Fi throughout and two Smart TVs for your favorite streaming apps. Laundry & Parking: Full laundry facilities with a washer and dryer, plus a double automated garage and extra parking for up to four cars.
