| Terms & Conditions Rates are • Subject to room and rate availability. • Quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR. • Quoted per suite per night based on: • Panoramic Mountain Suites: rates are quoted per suite, per night based on a maximum of two adults sharing, or on a single basis. • Panoramic Two Bedroom Mountain Suites: Rates are quoted per suite, per night, with a maximum occupancy of four adults. • Hiddn Four Bedroom Mountain Villa: Rates are quoted per villa, per night, based on a maximum occupancy of eight guests (a combination adults and children – Children policy apply) • Fully curated stays inclusive of accommodation, all meals and beverages (breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner), safari activities, wellness and activity programming. • Rates include VIP Airport Transfers to and from PLZ. • Helicopter transfers are excluded but can be arranged on request from PLZ • Any additional expenses to be settled upon departure. • Rates included 15% VAT. • Villa rates include private host, child minder / program and private game vehicle. • Rates are exclusive of the conservation and community levies which are R1500 per person per stay. Child Policy • This policy applies to all children from 0 up and including 11 years old – accommodated only in the Hiddn Four Bedroom Mountain Villa. • Children 0 to 11 years are accommodated and included in the rate for the Villa. • Children from 12 years and older are considered as adults and will therefore require their own room at the applicable rates. • Children 6 years old and over are allowed on game drives. | ||||
