Reservation All bookings, amendments, or cancellations must be made in writing via email to our reservations team. Your booking is only confirmed once you’ve received written confirmation from us Provisional bookings are held for a maximum of 7 days. If we do not receive confirmation within this period, the booking will automatically be released Please double-check all booking details (dates, number of rooms, guest names, and any special requirements) when you receive your confirmation. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure accuracy Room allocations are subject to availability and confirmed only once full payment has been received Droombos reserves the right to release or adjust bookings that are not confirmed or paid in full within the stated timelines. Payment Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival to secure your booking For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, immediate payment is required Payment can be made via EFT using the banking details below. Proof of payment must be emailed to: reservations@droombos.com.na. Cancellation Polic 14 – 8 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fe 7 – 4 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fe 3 days or less before arrival / No Show: 100% cancellation fee
